"The property is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the Medina. While the women at the front desk and service staff were polite and accommodating. But one male staff member was extremely rude and dishonest. He overcharged us beyond the Expedia quoted price and was overly pushy in trying to sell tours and recommend restaurants.
