"This property was a little tired, particularly the bedroom. The shower was mouldy and needed resealing. The bathroom floor was not mopped all the time we were there. There was a disco in the hotel opposite our room which was loud. There was very little to do in the hotel in the evening. However, the food standard was excellent, but did become a little repetitive. "My stay was only a short one, and I am very much a foodie, but my thoughts in summary are ; beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, poor drinks at times eg making a pina colada with vodka because the bar was closing in 30 minutes and they wouldn't open a new bottle of rum !!! Food was heavily vegetarian and the meat options were of poor quantity and quality. Some great sports options which sadly I did not get the time to use. "

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

"This is a small hotel with a distinct Moroccan feel and beautiful gardens that hug the pool and rooms. My room was a little tired decor wise but had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in (including my own at home!). Excellent aircon and a free bottle of water each day. The stone floor in my room added to keeping it cool in the hot August sun of 46°C but it seemed grubby, as on wiping up a spillage of suncream, a fair amount of what look like dirt, came up too . "Fantastic stay at Riad Louhou! Quiet and peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, modern and tastefully decorated with hints of Moroccan culture. "The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. "Beautiful oasis to escape from the busy streets. Road access was great and easy walk to the square. Some shopping options and restaurants close by. We had a great stay and the hospitality was superb! Very accommodating and welcoming. This Riad is luxurious! We stayed in the Jasmine room on the upper level, the bathroom was super cool. Breakfast also included and was delicious. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Riad LallaBaya for a wonderful stay! "

"The best stay we've had! Beautiful hotel where they treat you like family. The room was stunning and the ambiance was peaceful. Murad, Mehdi, and Ilyas were extremely hospitable and made us feel so safe. The breakfast is also delicious. Can't wait to come back one day! "

"Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "
