"The location was perfect - just a few blocks to the MOMA and Broadway. The reception staff (especially Peter) were friendly and helpful. All of that more than made up for the disastrous elevators (the control panels were often out of service and the service was slow) and the broken WiFi. Still overall, a great deal.
