"This place was super clean and spacious. Everything was great, but what blow my mind. Was the breakfast. It was resort quality breakfast. Real food!!! People. The quality was extraordinary. I didn't wanted to leave. Soooo, many options. Home made pancakes. The bacon was delicious. Bye bye to powder eggs and welcome fresh eggs. So much fruits, bread selections, pastries and more and more. It was amazing! I was glad we pick this hotel to celebrate our 19th anniversary and Father's Day! "

"The property is well located and in close proximity to the Powell subway station and cable car stop. Close to shopping and dining options. Union Square is a very short walk away. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with the bathroom recently renovated. The mattress is unbelievably comfortable. The water dispenser in the lobby and the complementary pastries and coffee in the lobby each morning are nice touches. One drawback was that the hot water in the room was not so hot beginning in the afternoon. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the downtown location and I would stay there again when in San Francisco. "

"A very nice sized 2 queen Corner View room with amazing views of the city, clean and quiet with no noise from outside. Convenient valet parking is available and keeps your car safe. The breakfast buffet was appropriately priced and provided a good variety. Very walkable and with nearby transit options that allowed us to explore the city and the surrounding area quite easily. Looking forward to staying again in a few months."
