"This was a nice Hotel for a quick stay overall. Located very close to Union square made it very enjoyable and convenient. Once you get past the fact that there is homeless everywhere, this really isn’t a bad hotel. Staff was friendly and did a great job with accommodating me."

"I had only positive experiences with the hotel. It's in a good location, straddling both Chinatown and North Beach. Room was nice, cleaning staff did an excellent job, and there is a really nice coffee and breakfast bar in the lobby."
