Bathroom with bidet very nice with luxurious bath towels. Safe was secured to floor of closet which required getting on knees to access. Just BBC for tv in English. Metro very close so location to travel to tourist sights very convenient. Location was safe and convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Madrid hotel prices are high like most large cities, and pricing here reflects that fact. Beds were comfortable. Overhead room lighting was lacking which made the room somewhat dark for packing in early AM. "
