Find Hotel with a Concierge in Malasaña

"The location is great. Large contemporary hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. But no luggage racks. We set our suitcases on the floor. We were only there for a night so we’re not using the closets. Staff at check in and out were friendly. However during check in our daughter was in the lobby by our luggage waiting for us to check in and the lobby “guard” approached her asking her questions that were uncomfortable like she didn’t belong there. She’s 25, not a child and were we only 10 feet...

"Great location on nice pedestrian shopping street that leads to the Grand Via. This hotel is updated and modern. Great location in Madrid to do everything. Walked to Grand Via, Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Lots of shopping and sightseeing with a stop on the Grand Via on the Hop-on Hop-off buses. Clean and hip hotel."

"It was a very pleasant stay. Communication was good and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Room was kept clean to a high standard. The only reason I didn't give it full marks is the heating wasn't working very well so the room felt a bit chilly in the evening. Maybe provide a duvet in the winter. Otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay to explore Madrid. Very central to all the major attractions and close to the metro station as well. Malasaña is a fantastic neighborhood replete...
