"There were no hangers in the closet (room 719) and the floor was uneven outside the closet and from there towards the bed, Would be better to have big soap dispensers by the sink and shower instead of those little bottles. Two elevators, seemingly on separate systems - you needed to call them both to stand the best chance of getting one. None of this spoiled my stay, just little quirks that I hope it's useful to know about! Staff were excellent!"

"Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly & helpful! We had drinks & dinner in the bar, it was delightful! We were even granted an early check in. Hotel room itself is SUPER COOL! Great decor. Bathroom rocked too! Love that they had a bathtub."
