"The location is great. Large contemporary hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. But no luggage racks. We set our suitcases on the floor. We were only there for a night so we’re not using the closets. Staff at check in and out were friendly. "Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"The hotel was easy access to Gran Via and walking distance to all attractions. The hotel was funky and clean. Bar prices were reasonable. The roof top was nice to sit out after walking round all day but there were no lights on in the evening which was a bit dangerous. We were given a bottle of white wine in the room as part of Expedia vip and we asked to change it for a bottle of red as we don’t drink white. "My new favourite hotel in Madrid…. And there are a lot to choose from. The location is just perfect , taxis everywhere, subway near by and a safe interesting walk to most central points of interest. The rooms were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were well thought out and really decent water pressure in bathes and shower . The breakfast is one of the best i have had the pleasure to enjoy and all the staff from the front office people to the room cleaners are delightful, i will definitely stay there again "
