"We loved our stay. The lady at the front desk was excellent. We requested a two bedroom and got a three bedroom. The apartment is beautiful. Only issue was a shower leak and bathroom doors that are hard to close, but maintenance fixed the doors. We would stay there again!"

"This property was very unique indeed! It is like stepping into the Casablanca movie. It's Ralph Lauren meets safari, meets Caribbean island. The rooms are cozy, and if you don't want noise, don't reserve anything in the front with views. They even have room service that you'll want to eat in the fabulous lobby, because they have a bar and dining tables as well. The bed was comfy, there was a bath tub in my room! The customer service is excellent! I would definitely come back!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The best is its location. You are right in the heart of shopping and close by to all the sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how each day they delivered a bag of pastries and water to the door. The room was small like most in Europe, but worked out well for two people. Very clean. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again."

"The apt is clean, comfortable, close to many landmark in Madrid, check-in easy, nice follow from staff. The only problem, the bedroom window is on the back street (De Loyola) on 5th floor but there is a restaurant with an outdoor terrasse that is quite noisy till midnight so if you are a light sleeper or early sleeper, it might be difficult to rest."
