"Everything about the hotel was outstanding. From the moment that we got taken care of by the bellhop, to the check-in process, to the room, was outstanding. My only complaints… the valet parking can be a bit slow, and costs $80 per night. Although the valet people are very kind. "This hotel was nice and clean. It's not super convenient to restaurants or other downtown attractions, but it's quiet. Parking available across the street and underground for $60. Restaurant and bar on site with a good view of city and river. It's a shared building, so you have to take two different elevators to get to the room floors. Standard sized rooms with comfy beds and decent showers. All in all would recommend for families."
