"I liked the layout of the apartment and how well equipped it was. A nice surprise was the heated floor in the bathroom. Short distance to the tube station, shops and storage place was a bonus. The only thing I struggled with was carrying my heavy suitcases up/down the stairs to/from the 2nd floor. I wish the room was located on a lower floor. "

"I stayed with my son before his exam and our stay was just wonderful, in particular the hospitality of every staff. A porter even gave my son a notebook with a pen and a lovely message to wish him luck on his exam. We were very touched! It was a lovely stay overall - highly recommended! "

"Whilst I quite enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of things that weren’t very good - for context I was staying in a ground floor flat facing the street… once it gets dark, there are lights that shine on the building all night, which no timer or anything. There are no block out blinds, just wooden boards that you pull out, which don’t do a great job at keeping the light out - this means that the light shines on you all night. Very clean but because it is close to a train station and the underground is hallow, you will hear and feel some rumbling even on the 3rd floor so I imagine lower or ground level is more noticeable. "Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "
