"Staff is very attentive "

"It was a very nice hotel and had very nice staff. The only negative was the security which took my pocketknife tool (leatherman). It is really silly to take a man's pocketknife and is really only giving the illusion of security. I had to get it back when I checked out (and humorously, they gave it back to me on the lobby side)."

"I’ve always enjoyed my previous stays at the Conrad but, this time I was disappointed by their deception. I booked two rooms and indicated that two children are staying in one of the rooms and I selected the breakfast buffet at time of online booking. Upon checking in I was informed that payment for the two children must be paid at the restaurant and not through the online booking reservations. I was told that the children’s breakfast buffet is half the price of the adult charge. I paid $21.00...

Very friendly staff Since this property is away from the rest of the hotels, Or restaurants there’s only one choice of restaurant- food was great but if you eat late most ingredients are gone. I’ll still recommend the property "

"I would like to say that the staff over all was exceptional. The valet and security when you first arrive in the hotel was so helpful and caring with our luggages making us get in the hotel quick and fast. The front desk was informative and check in was easy and quick. The housekeeping was very hospitable. Every time we see one in the hallways we were greeted and they would always asked to let them know if we need anything from cleaning to things we need from the room. The buffet staff was WOW....
