I rate it 6 stars 1 level above every other hotel i have ever stayed at including a tough competior the Grand Hyatt. They are good the Grand Westdide is GREAT. I want to thank them for how comfortable, safe, welcomed they made me feel during my stay of 15 consecutive days this present month of March 2025. Staff there are a group of friendly caring exceptional people. Other hotels should sent their staff to this hotel in Manila for some on the job training on how to treat people as professional and curtious as the do. "I reserved a newly renovated room via Expedia but the other room did not look renovated. The carpets were the same. Bedsheets look old. The reason why we always go back to Manila Hotel is the ambiance at the foyer. I really hope when we come back they give us a true newly renovated room. "
