"Overall the staff and property are wonderful. The pools could be cleaned a bit more but we enjoyed the lagoon and paddle boarding. Food options were not great, portions were small and often the descriptions did not match the meals. I highly recommend use of the spa facilities as the treatments are relaxing and the staff is great. A bit more ease in transportation would be great, more shuttle time options. Overall recommend anyone to this resort."

My room was upgraded as VIP but I felt like I was put in the corner because it was a bit far from the main lobby, getting breakfast in the morning was a bit task travelling with the kids.
