"Staff was very helpful and friendly. At first, I was given a room with a door that has security concerns, but the receptionist was kind enough to accomodate to my needs and gave me another room. The receptionist went above and beyond to provide me a room that I think was upgraded to what I originally booked for. The hotel is close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend hotel despite the mishap when I first checked in. Overall, the hotel is very quaint and modern. "

We waited for more than 15 minutes so my brother decided to drag our luggage plus other stuff we bought that made my brother felt fatigued. (He had open heart surgery 6 months ago. I can’t help either because of my left knee pain. ) But overall, I enjoyed our stay. "

"Gorgeous island and a 5 star property. The advantage of this side of El Nido (Taytay) is that there are no other resorts in the area. You are always alone on trips to small islands or diving. Water activities are easy, such as snorkelling, diving, kayaking, paddleboarding. There are also many on land activities, such as hiking, rock climbing. We stayed in the loft unit area.
