"As a family with children aged 10 and 12, we absolutely loved this resort. The pool was invaluable to be able to have time for ourselves to relax as well as the children. Buffet was great and the manager was amazing. Our children loved watching the baby reef sharks swimming next to the jetty out the front of the resort. Would highly recommend to both couples, individuals or families as they offer something for everyone. "

"The view is excellent, service is good, meals are yammy, every thing is attractive for next stay. Except a stuff in the front desk is not friendly to new visitor. She missed my booking and ask to contact with Hotel.com strongly at that time even I show her Hote.com confirmation letter and would like to pay for a new room till her college found my reservation. It's great that I got my room after 30 minutes in communication with her. Otherwise, I cannot image heavy snowing and darker outside...

"I loved this unique hotel, it was a tick off the bucket to stay in the rainforest! The staff are so friendly and the food is excellent and great value for money. It is very easy to get to the animal centres and I was still able to access the internet so could order grab taxis. I’d definitely recommend bringing bug spray! 100% would recommend, where else can you stay in the rainforest?!"

The tent was cozy and peaceful and the facilities were extremely clean, modern and well designed. This is one of the most special stays I’ve ever experienced and I hope to come back again. "The hotel is in a great location to visit the Orang Utans and Sun Bears. Its a relaxed hotel and the staff are really friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was great! Negatives - wifi is hit and miss so card payments not always possible. No ATM nearby but we changed cash at a nearby hotel. Food is sometimes buffet and sometimes a la carte but the staff dont know which it will be in advance so your stuck with what you get offered. It was tasty though. We stayed 4 nights and...
