"This hotel is in a great location and the staff was extremely helpful. I really liked the look and style of the hotel. The breakfast wasn't the best I had on my 3 week vacation and one reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars. Also, someone was moving furniture gor hours my last night there, which was really annoying as I was trying to rest. Overall, it's a nice hotel that I would definitely consider staying again."

"Beautiful resort in Hue. Staff were well trained…every single member greeted us with “Xin Chao” ..felt very welcome. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and dinner was also very good with a surprisingly expansive wine list. We stayed at their sister property called Vedanā Lagoon Resort as well..also highly recommend."

"A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities. If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning. We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray. "

"Highly recommend staying in an ocean view room with a balcony. Service was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was some of the best I've ever had. Close to restaurants and bars by the beach, and there was a convenience store right across from the hotel. Views from rooftop pool were great."

The staff was THE NICEST staff we've ever had. SO helpful, caring and kind. We were truly sad to check out and want to come back to Hanoi JUST to stay at the Aira. Location is great- close to Train Street and walkable to all other Old Quarter things."
