"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. "The patio is even canal view"

"You cannot go wrong with this wonderful apartment. It is large even by Australian standards. It had very comfortable beds and a seperate toilet and bathroom so both could be used at the same time. There is no front desk but this is not an issue. Check in is via touch screen in the foyer and was very easy. Location is wonderful- safe and I think a classy part of Osaka. Transport options are about a 7 min walk and the hustle and bustle of Osaka is approximately about 5 minutes train or 20 minute...

"We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible "

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"Contactless check in is convenient. The luggage storage is on 2/F that we could drop luggage anytime. We booked studio type D with bay view. Facilities in-room was good in condition. We asked for assistance to call taxi when we left and the staff was very helpful. Location is excellent, just a minute's walk to the beach. Other tourist attractions are also in walking distance."
