"Beachfront hotel and lots of things to do and everything was walking distance. Casino was small but clean and smoke free. Room was spacious and clean. View from the room was incredible. There are amenities you can’t use on Wednesday since it’s their off day. Other than that it was high scaled hotel. Friendly staff all around the hotel. "

"This place was beautiful, nice rooms, great location close to lots of shopping, and the pool facilities were amazing. We only ate at the restaurant that served the pool but the burgers were delicious and definitely worth mentioning. We only had a quick stay but would definitely come back or check out another Lotte hotel elsewhere. "

"The property is good, well maintained but the hallway and the room smelled and have Incense in it. For me, I can not bear the strong smell. Removing the incense reduced the unbearable smell. In addition the air conditioning system was tough to operate. There are some translation from Korean but I wasn’t able to get it to work. Or the AC itself is broken. "
