As a frequent global traveler. Only the US Marriott/Westin hotels will treat you like that: You won’t get any water in the room or help to bring your luggage Check in 4pm check out 11am 15$ extra for WiFi per day, no vanity kit or anything else in the bathroom beside the bare minimum, Anywhere else in the world that would be completely unacceptable for a 4 stars or even a 3 stars but in the US customer satisfaction seems to be the last of their concern.

Westin is always good but they left us check in early which was clutch today. Breakfast and lunch were both great and we played golf in their Top Golf simulator which was a great extra as well.

The rooms are nice. But it took way longer to check in than it should have. They had to make sure the room was clean at 9:30pm. Then at 7:03am a loud knock from security came twice, by the time we could get up, the security guard had already entered the room to see if people were inside. I didn’t sleep well all night and finally fell asleep so to be woken up like that at 7am was unacceptable considering I’m on a 3 hour time change. So I was up from then on out. No free coffee or complimentary services. Tried to go back to sleep and at 8:30 the housekeeper DIDNT KNOCK and came in while we were having some special time together. It was completely inappropriate and in unacceptable AGAIN. So that ruined our entire stay and morning. I felt unsafe and the fact that two people came to our room before 8:30 was ridiculous. AGAIN at 10am the housekeeper knocked (WE ASKED FOR A 12 PM LATE CHECK OUT WHEN CHECKING IN). It was just the worst experience overall.

Very quite surprised since at the airport couldn’t hear any planes, also convenient for dropping off hertz rental car as there’s a drop off at the hotel.
