"We went for a family holiday trip. The castle was such a beautiful setting with attentive and kind staff; and the holiday decorations made the feel even more elegant. Gil and Dennis at the front desk were very helpful with a couple requests we had. Miguel, our dinner server, helped find/modify food choices for our dietary needs. "Staff is respectful and the property as a whole is nice. The place is not next to anything so you do have to walk for a long time to get to a train. The room seemed clean but the bed sheet had a stain on it. The room doors all have to be slammed shut to close and make a harsh sound so you'll hear whenever someone is in and out on your floor."
