Al lado hay un hotel llamado Ozone Inn, al parecer movieron la reserva para ese hotel, pero no informaron sobre ello. Lo supe cuando fui a ver si quedaban habitaciones y la persona que me atendió me dice que tengo reserva. Realmente fue estresante y frustrante. Sali de viaje y el día antes de regresar al mismo hotel por una noche es cuando me llega notificación al email de lo que ya yo...

"I arrived past 1am after 20 hours flying and my check in was easy - even in my jet lagged condition. I stayed in the lobby the next day for the 12pm shuttle and the front desk man there was fabulous!!! Would return. "

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...
