Please don't make my mistake - don't be caught by phrase "breakfast included". Bread, waterish coffee, quick oatmeal - It's hard to call it "breakfast". The room is okay. Overall, the price is too high for the quality you get.

Overall, the property isn't the most comfortable but I feel they have done a lot for the space and conditions. The check-in process was belabored and awkward because the front desk had to confirm our reservation made on Expedia. They asked for an extra credit card to cover a security deposit not included in the Expedia reservation, but was friendly and hospitable. Once in the room, the property was visually acceptable and appeared relatively clean until you took your socks off and saw that the wood flooring in the very small/confined was not very clean. The bathroom looked pretty clean but the sink was cracked in 3 places, highlighting the older quality of the space. The hardwood floor allows for noises from the upper floor to be heard, but overall the hotel was pretty quiet. The bed was relatively firm, which was not to my liking, but could be beneficial to others. Overall, not a bad or uncomfortable stay, but there is room for betterment.

It was a very nice stay for the price. The room was a bit small, but clean and had the necessary amenities. Note that although there is onsite parking, it is limited. We were able to park there 3 of our 4 nights, but on the first night we arrived a bit late and there weren't any spots available. It wasn't a problem because we found street parking right across the street from the hotel. I would definitely stay there on my next trip to Brooklyn.

It was so noisy - the person staying in the room behind my room had a few children that were up talking, screaming, yelling till 3/4 in the morning, I asked to change rooms Initially I was give a room with a view of a wall, they put me in another room - and charged me more money - for a room with the HOTEL neon sign blaring into the room. and it was soooooo hot, even when I turned the heat down - it was soooooo hot. When I complained they just looked at me, I know they just work there - but whoever runs this hotel does it in a way that is very much about them just getting the money for the room - and not for the customer who pays for a nightly stay. very disappointing. It is nice they have parking - although getting in and out is very tricky.
