Transportation sucks. The driver is an old guy who cannot lift luggage and requires the guest to assist. Then the drop off at the airport lacks any concern as guests are to figure their way out after being dropped off at arrival. The pickup was not on schedule. Some shuttles came twice to pick up their guests before yours came once in frigid conditions. Very poor service.
