"It was lovely. The hotel is right next to the train, and our initial room was right on the tracks, so it would have been a little noisy (though to be fair, it’s actually quite well soundproofed, all things considered. It’s not awful, and if you have earplugs, it’s fine). We did ask to switch rooms to one on the other side of the property anyway, because no harm in asking, and they were super helpful and responsive and ended up having one open room that we switched to away from the train. That second room was EXTRA good, very quiet. Very comfortable beds. We slept very well here. Would recommend, we will probably be back again. Best value hotel we’ve stayed at in NYC. Walking distance from some fun spots. The immediate areas a little dirty/not great. But a short walk into bushwick and right on a very convenient train to go anywhere. "

"This hotel was cool nothing too fancy. Outside however is typical dirty Brooklyn New York- rats smelly etc the staff was nice 👍 forgot 1 of my luggage pieces and they were happy to assist us. It’s convenient and I don’t mind staying there again."

"The Staff is always friendly and helpful! Chose a room with a fridge, microwave, etc. this time. Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel again. I also got to explore more around the area and saw a lot of well known places to eat, shop, etc. Keep up the good work! :) "
