I had a slight issue, caused by me, and the gentleman at the desk was very nice and fixed the issue immediately. The only complaint that I have was it was difficult to find. "The LaQuinta was a great place for us to stay for our New York trip. The NJ Transit 320 bus picked right up at the hotel and took us straight to the Midtown (NY) bus terminal that connects directly to the NY Subway system. The LaQuinta staff was very personable, professional, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety. The room was clean and well appointed.
