Upon arrival I noticed that the soap and the body wash containers were empty. I asked the front desk staff about getting more shower gel. The response was that they didn’t have any. When I asked for a bar of soap, any soap, I was told that they will bring it to the room. Two days later still no soap. Also, very noisy rooms, lots of people hanging out in the hallway, partying, etc. The elevator makes a high pitch noise so anytime someone got off the elevator on my floor, I heard it. On a positive side, the room was clean. Will not stay there again.

This spot was solid for a spot to see New York proper, and not be super close to tourists. Annoyingly when booked on Expedia it didn’t mention when you arrive they require $100 upfront on top of what you pay for the room for to cover damages (it is refundable however still annoying)

When I got inside the room it was cold . I put the heating on and the heater wasn’t working I call and they said some body will be there shortly . I waited three hours more and nobody show up to the room . I text them and they said I need it to wait to the next day . I will never rent this place ever again do to no heat when it was freezing plus I have my child with me.
