"This was a return visit. Check in was easy via attentive Reception staff. We found our way to our room which required physical key as well as the key card. The room was much larger than expected but very acceptable. The beds were very comfortable. The heating was eventually controlled. In all we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in.
