"I had a short overnight stay in Chicago, between flights. The Hyatt was conveniently accessible with their shuttle (which runs frequently, so there's next to no waiting). Check in took about 30 seconds, since i had done most of it online. The room was very nice, lots of little touches that made it great for a traveler. And the price was reasonable. I'd stay there again if the opportunity comes up."

Spiro at the front was wonderful, and I felt like I was at a small boutique hotel with the care I received. This was my first time staying here but I will be back!"
