"This is an iconic, beautiful beautiful building with both charm and comfort.. Our room and view were lovely, bed comfy, and bathroom had all we needed. maid service is every other day which was fine for us. The staff helped us find the way to everywhere including restaurants, public transportation and even loaned us blankets for the Cubs game!! "
