"we didn't actually get to stay here... We were trying to leave London with Avanti West Coast but they cancelled on us... But we had stayed here before and its exceptional, Nell on front desk was amazing, and I just know this stay would've been incredible "

"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I would certainly stay here again if I was visiting Liverpool , it’s 5 stars from me."

"Great stay near the Albert Dock. Easy check in and my request for a high floor and quiet room was accommodated. Just a short walk from the train station and Liverpool One. As a lone female traveller I felt safe throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean and with everything I needed. Beautiful sunrise across the city skyline topped it off!"

"Excellent stay, only thing I didn’t like is window in the room didn’t open. On entrance you need a card key and there needs to be a sign or even a bell to get attention from staff."

"What an amazing hotel! I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay and ended up extending my stay from one night to 4 nights! That's how much I love Ropewalks. Brandon and Harry have both been exceptional Front Of House. Very polite, kind, eager to assist and offer advice about the Hotel and local area.
