"Shambles of a check in - waiting area tiny and busy. Receptionist claimed I hadn’t paid (I had), then claimed the difference in price on her screen was due to currency conversion (I was travelling from Scotland). Keys given did not work. Lifts very temperamental. View from room was a derelict building covered in scaffolding. Breakfast very very busy and a tight layout. "

"Fantastic apartment, a short walk from everything we needed see in Liverpool. Great little kitchen with a dishwasher (not that we needed to use it. Great location with plenty of good restaurants. "The check in was so easy, and they were responsive. Checkout was equally easy. The apartment was spacious with ample beds. The property was close enough to all the shopping and partying areas, 5 minute walk. This also meant i had a peaceful nights sleep with limited noise from revellers. Where the property is situated didn't feel unsafe, a good option for families. The apartment had everything you needed to self cater or have pre night out drink. I will be returning. "

"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "
