"Loved the Glass elevators and The ability to overlook Times Square from the restaurant Windows. Didn’t love the sleeping accommodations. The bed sucked. Somehow ended up in a handicap room and the bed was low, too soft and extremely uncomfortable. Could be that we’re just very spoiled with a very good bed at home. "We had a very long lay over. The shuttle picked us up and returned us to the airport in a timely manner. The beds were great and we were well rested for the final stretch of our trip. The Resturant located in the hotel made it easy for us to and go straight to bed. No transportation needed "

"I attended a milestone high school reunion and stayed here along with 150 of us. The party was held in a banquet room on site. Everything was wonderful including food. My only concern is the removal of a manila folder with my trip info and a $100 Visa gift card I was planning to give to the organizer. I know I should’ve used the safe!!"
