"While the location is unbeatable, on this trip the air conditioning was broken/off, so the room temperature was miserable! Also, the renovations have made the rooms dark with less useful furniture. Clean and quiet but NOT comfortable."

"Great location and lobby had a fun vibe. However our room was very small, curtain roll up was broken and our view of the city was blocked by scaffolding. Shower head was also a sprayer and could not tilt head down so shower not great. "

"Everything about our stay was great. We stayed 4 nights and 3 days. The outside traffic was noisy in the mornings mostly but that’s not the fault of the hotel. That the hustle and bustle of the city. We chose a suite with a view of the Empire State Building and it exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation I have is to make sure to check out in person. We almost had a valet charged to our room that was not ours, however it was a very easy fix at checkout. All in all great place to stay...
