"We stayed in a room on the second floor. It was spacious, very clean, and provided a large comfortanle double bed and a separate single bed. The bathroom was in pristine condition. The room was very quiet and we had an undisturbed sleep. The buffet breakfast provided a range of food to suit everyone's taste. We had a very tasty full English breakfast comprising eggs, bacon, sausages and tomatoes. There was a pancake making machine but I didn't have the confidence to have a go; maybe next time....

"Fantastic stay at Oulton Hall, much better than Slaley Hall in our opinions. Very pleasant staff and little touches to make you feel welcome like the complementary drinks in the fridge and Prosecco and fruit in reception. Could have done with some more bar staff for a busy day evening as waited quite a while for drinks and the jacuzzi button moving to the actual jacuzzi (I know there be a reason why isn’t) but otherwise perfect 👍 "

"Requested a first floor room and walk-in shower. This was granted and in addition the room we were given was a surprising upgrade. Very nice as it had just been renovated. We also had an early check-in. Unsure how often it had been used as there were unfinished jobs, like unconnected heated towel rail. The shower cubicle was small with too large a rain shower head. The room had adjoining doors, which became noisy late at night. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and kettle was good. Large wardrobe...

"The hotel is 5 minutes by taxi from the city centre. It’s an easy drive from the motorway. The hotel is clean, modern and spacious. The online check in and check out was simple. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed comfy and the linens nice. The car park is paid for separately and the spaces are a bit snug for a large car. I was happy with the whole experience "

"Good hotel in the centre of Leeds. With the new pedestrian work completed driving to this property is now very difficult so I would advise checking prior to booking. Staff were great and very helpful"
