"Property is conveniently situated. Rooms are small and a bit grim and dimly lit. The building is lovely but interior design leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is grey and looks drab. Trying to get an early morning shower was impossible. Water pressure at a trickle. We did complain and management adjusted our bill accordingly but Radisson need to sort this problem urgently and install booster pumps. There are better hotels to stay at. "

"I booked the Novotel months ago, this was changed to the Mercure but not by me weeks ago. I received the customary welcome email 24 hours before from the Mercure. "See below list of issues: Damaged & dirty furniture in the bedroom. Mattress needed replacing. Bathroom - dated shower, toilet not flushing, extractor dirty and damaged.
