Emergency signage, non existent. The hotel reception over charged us with no apology, they took our credit card away from reception and ~I demand they haver to return with it. "

"The location was not so good for us as there was a nightclub nearby that didn't have soundproofing as we could hear the music and singing until it finished which happened to be between 2am - 3am, especially as they would choose the last song to encourage their clientele to sing along. Even though we kept the window closed we were still kept awake with the sound. We chose the hotel for the convenience of the location in relation to the railway station and the bridge over to the Brewery Wharf...

"Stayed two nights at Dakota Leeds to attend a friends daughters wedding. Excellent hotel in centre of Leeds with great customer service. Immaculate throughout with great staff On arrival our room was upgraded to a balcony room which gave a lovely outside seating area. As weather beautifully sunny this was a lovely bonus"
