"Fantastic way to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday. We had spa treatments that were amazing. We paid for use of the spa facilities too which were great. Food was so good but the tapas for our evening meal and a good selection to have at breakfast "

"The room was big and comfortable, but the heater was making noise during the night, which was sometimes annoying. In the hallway, there is no light and it’s too dark which made us uncomfortable and depressed. The distance to the city is about 20 to 30 minutes, but the walking path was not interesting as we passing warehouses and garages. "We had a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly and polite. Bed seemed like it slanted slightly so wasnt the best nights sleep. Also for the cost i would of expected to at least get a complimentary bottle of water. Location was also great . So overall we had a pleasant stay."

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. "

One of the best rooms we've stayed in!

"Because of my wife being unwell, we spent much more time in the hotel room than intended. What a good job that this was one of the best rooms we have stayed in, half the price of London rooms for double the size. We were aware of the announcements from Lime Street station, but given we were on the 5th floor, it was back ground noise. All the staff we had direct contact with were excellent and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast was OK (we didn't have cooked, so can't comment on it). I also ate in the attached bar which was pub food well done."
