"Stayed here as part of a Mum & Daughter shopping weekend. Plenty of parking under the hotel, efficient and plesant check in. Wed booked a deluxe room with a king and a single bed. Clean room with great range of facilities. Stayed here many time and will continue to do so whilst standards remain this high. Thank you!"

"We stayed at The Queens as we needed somewhere central Leeds for a family party in Leeds. The hotel was great, lovely art deco building & interiors. Small but totally adequate double rooms that were warm & quiet. Didn’t have breakfast as was room only but I’m sure it would have been fine. "

"I booked the Novotel months ago, this was changed to the Mercure but not by me weeks ago. I received the customary welcome email 24 hours before from the Mercure. I arrived at my hotel and wasn’t able to gain entry - eventually someone arrived to say I’d be transferred to The Novotel. On arrival at The Novotel I explained the position and quite frankly the reception staff weren’t interested - no comment and no apology. "Parking at the local q-park went well (but was expensive). Hotel check-in went really well and room was cosy and comfortable. Good location and walking distance into the city centre."
