"The location was convenient for visiting family. The staff was friendly. The room was large with plenty of room to move as well as lots of plugs for electronics. The room had an odd smell. There was a large bullet hole in the window. The noise from the road was horrible when trying to sleep. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good. "My husband and I stayed here while a family member was hospitalized close by. We stayed for 3 days and booked each night separately. The staff was very helpful and understanding about our situation and our stay was a blessing as the hospital is only a couple blocks away. If we should find ourselves in a similar situation we would have no problem staying at Holiday Inn Express. "
