"I loved mostly everything, but, I feel fair-warning should be given about the surrounding areas, parking-wise, and walking safety. Once you're in the Westin, security and safety is guaranteed. But I recommend researching and planning your visit in advance to avoid scary, and shocking encounters. Location-wise, the Westin is close to alot of the city's main attractions. "Had an excellent experience from the moment we got to the front desk. We had been notified earlier in the day that the room might not be ready at the 4pm checkin time but we arrived at 3:30 and the room was ready. Charming lobby and room and guests were provided with wine and cheese from 4:30-6pm along with a piano player and welcoming staff. "
