Everything was so easy...from booking the reservation, to getting to the property from Northside hospital, from check-in to checkout. The room was superb, clean, quiet, and roomy. Thank You for being my home away from home when I couldn't make it home safely due to the weather.

We traveled down from Ohio to see the Buckeyes win the National Championship but didn’t want to stay downtown. This was perfect! We felt safe and the area has a lot of really great restaurants and the mall is right across the street. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean and the staff was friendly.

I arrived to my room after driving from Texas room was dirty manager Jamel refuse to come up and see what I was talking about I as the guest had to go down to the front desk, the area is great but me and my family was forced to stay in a dirt room, I was told by manager Jamel that they do not do a deep cleaning after each guest he even said they don't move the furniture to sweep behind things. so if you want a clean room don't stay here
