The Candler is a beautiful historic building and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant within is delicious - especially for breakfast. We were very comfortable and had a great view.

Stayed there for a night to catch Pelicans bs Hawks game (.5 mi walk/approx $18-20 UBER). A few extras so you can prep… -$150 charge for incidentals -$40/45 valet -Restaurant on-site ($$); we prepaid $50 and breakfast bill was about $70 for French toast, avocado toast, and two OJs Overall a very pleasant experience! Each employee, from the moment you check in, to the front desk, to the bell hop, to the housekeeping…SUPER nice and friendly. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed (even though I was wearing the enemies colors!). Breakfast service was fast and efficient. We were seated quickly and our waitress was super attentive. The meal was spot on and was surprisingly filling (I may even be a French toast from a hotel fan now?!?) This hotel does it right in every direction. Thank you for the hospitality and the “I told you so” side eye when the Pelicans lost lol. Awesome job!

The hotel and staff were amazing. The reason I put good for cleanliness is because in our room above the head board for some reason someone had clear tape up there. I know it’s not an area where most people would look up and see but tape was there about 6 pieces. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

We loved our stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant was amazing! Ate there 3 times! The neighborhood isn’t the best however. You have to be careful and nothing is really open at night.
