Loved the hotel but there’s no microwave or refrigerator and the soda machines don’t work making you have to purchase downstairs water $4 or go out to a store. Police and security sit on both sides of the street all day and there’s a lot of homeless in the area. Further down Peechtree St is a better area to stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo Atlanta! The hotel is very beautiful and clean. In addition, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend reserving a room with a view because otherwise, you will see nothing but tall buildings. Also, parking is a beast. Valet is way too expensive. I get that it's downtown, but one should not have to pay $50 for someone to park their car around the corner. Ridiculous! Other than that, the hotel is in walking distance to a plethora of dining options and entertainment, so once you park your car, you won't necessarily need it for the duration of your stay. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return!

Our stay was great, excellent and clean room, the restaurant ad bar were really good, but the elevator situation is a bit weird, and the central glass stairs were taped off.

We arrived later in the evening and first the “valet” was no where to be found. Then we were told it would cost $55 or we could go find a public parking. Then it took 15ms for staff to open the door, while waiting in 30 degrees with 3 small children. While checking in the staff had their own personal conversations in front of me and no one even bothered to help with all the bags. After we finally got to the room there was NO fridge and I received a text message at 11:40pm asking how my check in was. When I asked about the fridge it had to be requested and staff was not available after 11pm, but could bring it at 7am. I declined and then realized we only had 3 towels for 4 people but when I tried calling because no one responded to my text.. the phone didn’t work. HORRIBLE one night stay.

This is a good hotel in a very convenient location. Two blocks from centennial park and all the fun downtown. Parking is expensive but the valet was extremely patient with me and my Teo teenagers ever changing plans. There are several nice restaurants nearby. Waffle House three blocks away.
