The front desk girls were amazing in helping me (a mom) make sure my son, who was exhausted from 36 hours of travel due to weather delays, woke up and got back to the airport in time to make his flight to his destination. Not only did they go and make sure he was awake and moving but they called me back to let me know he was okay and awake. This kind of customer service is rarely seen these days…Thank you for caring!

The property was very nice and clean and the area appears to be safe. I had property that was stolen which I brought to the attention of the front desk and no one seemed to care or did anything to research what happened.

The property was beautiful and nicely cleaned. The experience with the front desk staff particular the lady working the desk at and around 7am-8am EST was extremely rude. I had to go to ER the day before and they were not accommodating to let me family get my items from the hotel. Such a terrible experience, I will never stay there again due to there lack of professionalism and empathy to the situation at hand.
