Very beautiful place! The customer service from the staff and especially the valet were absolutely AMAZING! Only downside is there is no microwave in the rooms. Biggest plus is shopping and restaurants are directly across the street. I would stay here every time I visit Atlanta.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the exterior and common areas are well-maintained and visually appealing, the rooms tell a different story. They are outdated and do not align with the overall presentation of the property. For the price charged, I expected much more. Additionally, the water pressure in both the tub and shower was far below acceptable standards, which detracted from the comfort of my stay. The valet service was another low point. Despite the website clearly stating a rate of $30, I was told it would cost $35 per hour. Even worse, the service was slow, with wait times of 15 minutes or longer to retrieve my car. Overall, while certain aspects of the hotel were decent, the outdated rooms and poor service quality do not justify the premium pricing. I hope management takes these concerns into consideration.
