"Overnight meet up in Lancaster but this hotel was absolutely perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful - we had a problem with our remote control and were offered several options to help, including the offer of a different room to see if the TV was any better there. 5min walk to station. 2min walk to castle. Central location for town with a selection of eateries. Beds were extremely comfortable. Possibly some more hooks in the room would be useful to hang coats. Also hook on bathroom door...

"We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change.
