"All the staff are lovely and are extremely helpful in accommodating guest needs. Sharon, Leanne and Joanna were especially helpful and are a great team. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The breakfast had brilliant choices and the food was lovely. The location was perfect for Chorley, Preston and Bamber Bridge. We will be coming back. "

"The property was lovely, a little dated, the staff were lovely,beds very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, evening meal first night was really nice, the 2nd night wasn't as good, was told it was a different chef Sunday. The spa was very nice, used the sauna and steam room, the Jacuzzi and the pool. In fact the spa was really Christmasy but the hotel was rather poor with the Christmas decorations, overall I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in an ideal position for the shops and train station. We had a last minute booking as our train was cancelled and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is a little dated but its lovely and the rooms have lots of nice little touches in them, we had a family room and there was even little rubber ducks in the bath. We had an evening meal and I've got to say its the best meal I've had for a long time. "
