"We planned to visit the Lakes, but chose to stay in Lancaster and travel in because of the facilities and value for money. The swimming pool and spa was the main selling point. We all enjoyed the swimming pool but unfortunately the spa hot tub was not working. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom looked new and clean, except for the old shower hose which had exposed plastic flex and black spots of mould. These are very cheap and easy to replace.
